As we conceptualize the presence of a Supreme Being or entity called God then the next logical question is did He(no gender intended) communicate to his creation or did He leave us to our own intuitions without a guide or compass? If we cannot answer this question then mankind will be in a dilemma whereby we are never certain if there are any absolute truths. The importance of finding answers to these questions will determine if the rule of man or the laws of God should prevail. A relative and changing morality that relies on the utopian concept of "do unto others as you would like to have done unto you" belies a competing tendency to help oneself at the detriment of others.
